At Amcor Flexibles, we are looking for a **HR Officer **to join our cross-site team

**Job Purpose**
- To support the business with specialist HR knowledge
- Be responsible for increasing and maintaining employee engagement, including engagement initiatives and surveys
- Manage the full recruitment process including identifying and administering appropriate selection testing, supporting and coaching the recruiting managers through the process to ensure a fair and consistent approach
- To ensure Amcor Flexibles’ HR policies are implemented consistently and based on sound employee relations practices
- Responsible for efficient absence management and holiday planning to agreed service level
- Responsible for providing disciplinary and grievance advice / administration to department managers.
- Support the payroll process and act as back up as required
- Ensure managers are supported and equipped with general understanding of employment law through training and development
- Ensure safe working environment for fellow employees, customers and visitors
- Manage employees’ terms and conditions together with annual salary review and bonus processes
- Manage Performance Development Review process
- Raise OH referrals, feedback to Managers/HR Manager
- Produce accurate monthly HR Report data including statistics for the site e.g. headcount, absence
- Co-ordinate Works Council Meetings (type and distribute minutes in a timely manner)
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of employment law and advise / prepare for any up and coming changes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £32,000.00 per year
