Band 6 Infection prevention practitioner, will provide day to day IPC advice to the clinical teams.

Will provide a visible and knowledgeable presence to support the clinical teams to provide exemplary IPC practice.

Will undertake Qi projects within the IPC remit.

To cover for the band 7 role as part of role progression and succession planning.
