**What you'll do**
- Management and ownership of the Carrier commercial strategy by devising / negotiating sophisticated deal structures across Carrier, Interconnect, and vendors
- Collaborate and build relationships with key external partners including Product, Finance and Engineering to implement key objectives
- Input and participate in complex legal discussions to coordinate and implement contracts in a timely manner
- Maintain an excellent level of knowledge with regards to Ofcom industry standards and practices, ensuring Sky is always compliant to the standards
- Leading all aspects of and inputting into Sky's responses to relevant Ofcom/COMREG/UKCTA consultations ensuring clear and consistent representations.
- Input into the annual budgeting, capacity input and PO process as well as oversee the establishment of KPIs, dashboards to report to senior management
- Conduct monthly traffic analysis, monitoring and KPI reporting, ensuring quality of service is key at all times
- End-to-end International LCR management (including LCR vendor relations/processes)
- Sky price list and BT OCCN management and distribution
**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrable people management experience within a role managing commercial agreements with third parties
- Understanding of how mobile and fixed telecommunications networks are run from a technical and commercial standpoint
- High Standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Understanding of the UK telecommunications regulatory framework and ability to input into Ofcom consultations
- Excel proficiency, Tableau is highly desirable
- Understanding of BT CPL and UK numbering
