Canon EMEA are looking for an insightful individual to join the ITCG Business Unit as a Business Administration Coordinator. The Pan-European (PE) Sales Department’s purpose is to drive B2C sales effectively and efficiently through our Distribution Channel Partners within a centralized and commercial model.

The purpose of this role is to provide sales management support to the Pan-European sales management team and contacts across EMEA.

In addition to a salary of between £27,500 and £32,453 depending on experience, you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. **What we ask**:
This role will provide you with a variety of responsibilities, including:
To execute Pan-European Sales processes with accuracy, efficiency and good customer service and communication. This will be through:

- Administering contractual rebates, MDF Investment Funds, Tender Claim Credit Notes etc.
- Collecting and analysing data for operational sales.
- Executing payments to the channel partners in a timely manner.
- Participating in MSF forecast planning for Pan-European Sales (Consumables)
- Participating in SGA expense budget planning for the ITCG Sales Team.

To provide sales support to HQ and National Sales Offices (NSOs) through:

- Handling queries and issues from key account channel partners and NSOs.
- Managing NSO channel requests on pricing, product information etc.

**You will need**:

- To be reliable and able to work flexibly.
- To have strong attention to detail.
- A sense of customer focus and commercial attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- To have the ability to work across a European context.
- European languages advantageous.
