- Managing day to day updates on our trading platforms including price changes, new listings, banners, imagery etc.
- Managing customer service queries on a day-to-day basis - website, ebay, amazon.
- Work with Quality Control department to ensure Audits/Inspections are carried out and products are fit for use with all the relevant safety information.
- Use Amazon based selling tools to create, manage and optimise listings for new and existing products.
- Build knowledge of our products and sector whilst also tracking the latest trends in the toy market.
- Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce

**Must Haves:

- Being organised and demonstrating administrative skills.
- Be willing to learn new skills and embrace any task.
- Willingness to embrace the ecommerce sector and amazon seller central.
- Manage customer service queries.
- Using your own initiative and having a pro-active ‘self-starter’ approach in liaising with the design team to create specific artwork and packaging concept.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all departments and internal and external colleagues to maintain effective communication amongst cross functional departments.
- Adapting to change, working as part of a team to a fast pace and working under pressure.
- Helping other parts of the team where required
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills

Salary £21,000 - £24,000

Employment hours 8:30am - 5pm - 5 days a week
