Ecommerce Assistant

Hills Salvage & Recycling Ltd is the UK’s leading Vehicle Recycling Company, Due to the continued expansion of the business, we are looking to recruit a professional eBay Assistant to join our team, based at our Headquarters Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

Due to continued growth, the eCommerce department is looking to expand its team.

The key responsibilities for an eBay Assistant would be to:

- Respond to customer queries on the eBay platform.
- Process orders into our in-house software.
- Answer customer queries via telephone.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns across our stores and liaise with other departments.
- Occasionally upload high-value vehicles to our eBay store for maximum visibility.
- Optimise keywords to improve our listings.
- Previous experience with eCommerce or a basic understanding of the role.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills showing attention to detail.
- A passion for online retail, and an enthusiastic, creative drive to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
