Head of Marketing

**The Role**:
As a Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the delivery of our objective of sustainable and rapid growth through the delivery of a marketing strategy designed to drive awareness perception and customer retention. To drive lead generation for our sales team, facilitating the conversion of prospects into valued trading customers. This role is pivotal in elevating Kammac’s profile and enhancing brand awareness, strategically positioning us as a prominent national player in the logistics industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Progress/manage the marketing strategy to optimise lead generation through all channels, Launch inbound marketing capability to support our propositions.
- Drive our customer proposition - specifying insight-led customer journey to shape long term roadmap to deliver sales leads, new customers, and customer retention
- Full responsibility for performance, creation, and optimisation of all traditional and marketing digital channels: SEO, PPC, Online display, Paid Social and in the future, third party relationships
- Manage CRO strategy in conjunction with web team to identify key customer journeys digitally and potential areas of improvement
- Provision of data analytics to leverage marketing, transactional and behaviour to improve tracking, measurement and conversion/performance
- Management and optimisation of CRM activities with Sales to deliver improved conversion rates at key transaction stages and handover from MQL to SQL
- Evaluate, propose and implement launch of marketing automation capability/marketing technology stack to manage progression of prospects to MQLs
- Manage best in class partners/agencies to optimise digital channel performance
- Responsible for content generation from services, sectors, specifications and content rich inspirational
- Responsible for marketing in B2B
- Deliver an internal communications programme that engages all stakeholders on both a daily and planned basis
- Responsible to manage and develop the team (4) (MM, CRM Exec, Marketing Assistant, Lead Qualifier)

**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as Head of Marketing in B2B setting
- Proven experience of managing and optimising team performance
- Prior experience in logistics/3pl/ecommerce fulfilment sectors
- Graduate with approximately 8-10 years' experience in B2B Marketing
- HubSpot knowledge
- Proficiency in HubSpot and WordPress
- Hold a professional Marketing qualification or willingness to work towards one
- Competency in using HubSpot, WordPress, and knowledge of NPS and CSS programs
- Understanding of PPC, SEO
- Familiar with social media and social management tools
