We have a great opportunity to join Suffolk County Councils Passenger Transport team as a **Data and Information Administrator**, based in our HQ at Endeavour House, Ipswich with hybrid working options including some working from home.

The Passenger Transport team has undergone an ambitious team restructure to ensure we provide the best possible service to families and deliver better school travel budget and contract management.

**Your role and responsibilities**

As part of the team specialising in managing data and information about transport services, financial processes and promoting passenger transport, you will:

- communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, solving problems and identifying improvements to our services
- make sure our suppliers are paid on time and correctly
- create and share information about bus and other transport services
- support reporting on all aspects of our work
- work in collaboration with team members to help support and cover workloads as required.

**You will need**

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is committed to delivering quality transport services in Suffolk. You will have experience of:

- using systems to accurately record information
- communicating complex information to internal and external stakeholders
- the timely production of service and statistical reports.
