Agility is delighted to be working with a returning client looking for a payroll administrator. This role is working for an international technology and industrial business group that develops and acquires companies.

They are constantly growing through acquisitions, and this is key to their success which began in 1978. They now operate 200 subsidiaries in more than 30 countries.

What you will be doing:

- Process payroll every pay period
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits and taxes
- Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records
- Receive and coordinate requests for leave and absences
- Handle changes in exemptions, job status and title
- Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and compile them with relevant law
- Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
- Honour confidentiality of employee’s pay records
- Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
