Sentrex Services UK Ltd, a rapidly expanding commercial cleaning and facility management company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Administrator.

**The Role**

In this role you will play a vital part in supporting our Finance department by handling various administrative tasks, including:

- Processing payroll data for a large number of employees (weekly and fortnightly).
- Ensuring accurate and compliant onboarding and offboarding of new and departing staff.
- Handling P45s and P60s (tax documents).
- Processing and approving stock requests from Area Managers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets.
- Liaising with Area Managers regarding any wage adjustments.
- Mastering our in-house software (we'll provide full training).
- Communicating effectively with the Financial Director and completing additional payroll duties as assigned.
