Our client hasan exciting opportunity for a **Physical Security Administrator **to join their team in **London, Docklands.** You will join them on a **full time, permanent basis**, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£27,000-£28,000 per annum + excellent benefits (travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension, health insurance).**

In the UK their Docklands data centre campus facilitatesthe majority of the London Internet Exchange’s (LINX) capacity, meaning that they support a huge proportion of all UK internet traffic, making their Docklands campus a globally important internet hub.

**The Security Administrator role overview**:
As their Security Administrator, you will provide proactive efficient coordination and administration on Security Systems and Security related topics for the company’s London offices.

You will also provide excellent customer-service in respect of Security Systems related enquiries, maintain and implement physical security administrative measures to protect the organization’s assets, employees, and facilities, while also managing and reportingon key performance indicators (KPIs) and preventive maintenance programs (PPMs).

**Key tasks of their Security Administrator**:

- Responsible for overseeing functioning of the reception area and collaboration with the Contract Security Staff to ensure its smooth running and adherence to the company’s security procedures.
- Responsible for organising and coordinating of monthly meetings with external providers and key stakeholders in respect to Security issues, taking and distributing minutes,
- Responsible for producing Security Reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and distributing them to key stakeholders.
- Day-to-day administration of the Security Systems and security services KPIs and PPMs.
- Analyse data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of physical security measures.
- To assist in incident investigations including taking written witness statements, gathering evidence on CCTV cameras, producing access control readings for affected areas and times, compiling evidence materials, and ensuring its secure handling.
- To assist security personnel, by escalating matters to the campus facilities team for prioritisation and direction as appropriate; liaising with authorities and other stakeholders in relation to security matters to ensure undisturbed provision of highestcustomer service and security of the campus.

- Experience of working with Security Systems.
- High degree of integrity to work with sensitive and confidential Security information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in handling difficult situations/customers.
- Flexible and motivated, able to respond quickly and positively to changing and demanding requirements.
- Works well under pressure and keeps calm and professional manner in difficult situations.
