We are looking to appoint a part time Administration Assistant to join our strong team of dedicated staff.

The person appointed should be experienced, enthusiastic and hardworking. They will ensure a welcoming, professional reception to all children, parents, carers, staff and visitors. They will have excellent customer service and communication skills.

The post is for term-time only.

KR3 (£23,337 FTE): 12 hours a week - Thursday and Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.

We wish to appoint someone who has:

- Experience of working within an office environment, preferably a school setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A friendly, flexible and professional approach.
- A good working knowledge of office management systems, Microsoft Word/Excel/Google.
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
- You will be willing to support the Christian ethos of our school, with an ability to work well with others as part of a team, whilst also using your own initiative.
- You will have a positive approach to working with children and a commitment to our safeguarding procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £23,337.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 per week
