We are a well established estate agency in Dover and Folkestone. We are trusted by more landlords than any other agent to let their property. We have a focus on quality homes from quality landlords for quality tenants.
This role will involve:
- Booking appointments on behalf of the Tenancy Managers - managing the Property Management diary for the team
- Organising the Property Management Inbox, dealing with requests and ensuring they are passed onto the correct individual
- Uploading certificates onto our system
- Liaising with landlords and tenants with regards to instruction of work whilst keeping the Tenancy Manager informed and keeping our system updated
- Chasing suppliers or tenants to ensure each work order has completed whilst keeping the Tenancy Manager informed and keeping our system updated
- Checking and sending invoices to accounts and chasing arrears
- Maintaining the current folders and archiving old folders
- Working closely with our Tenancy team and assisting with any questions they have to get the job executed
- Communicate with Landlords and Tenants about their workorders, including delivery and timelines
- Investigating and resolving queries patiently and quickly
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance our marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
For general administration duties involved in the daily running of the office:
- Assisting in handling inbound / outbound telephone calls
- Dealing with any office issues on behalf of the team including liaising with suppliers, including clients
- Ensure workorders are processed, and invoiced accurately
- Undertaking general office admin
- Perform administrative tasks in line with business need
- Proactively asking what the team need support with need support with
**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Folkestone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Organisational skills: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
