Barker Gotelee Solicitors are looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic IT Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their IT skillset in a professional and friendly environment. We are looking for someone with a minimum of six months relevant experience in a similar role or who has an IT diploma or equivalent.
- You will have an aptitude, and interest in, IT with basic knowledge of servers, cloud-hosting and networking.
- You will be adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- You will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and possess the ability to assist others in a calm and professional manner.
- You will need to be well organised, with strong attention to detail.
- You will have a strong team-working ethic.
- One year minimum first line support is desirable but not essential.
