**Internship Program Highlights**:

- ** Learning Series**: Interactive workshops delivered by our Learning team to build professional & soft skills, and support development, including topics such as personal branding and presentation skills
- ** Leadership Series**: Exclusive intern-only events with our Travel Leadership Team leaders to learn about their career journeys, hear their views on industry and company trends and ask questions
- ** Social events**: Regular fun events organized for each regional cohort so you can get to know others, enjoy the Expedia Group culture, and enjoy some downtime
- ** Mentorship**:Mentors are assigned to each individual intern to support your development and learning throughout the program and are also a great way to build your understanding and network at EG
- ** Support**:Coaching and advice, provided by managers, team navigators (buddies) and a specific point of contact per region from Emerging Talent & Careers

**What **You’ll** do**:
In E4B, we manage Expedia Group’s business-to-business (B2B) relationships - ranging from large airlines, hotels, vacation rentals, cruises, car rentals, financial institutions, travel agents and more - which connect partners with all that EG offers in pursuit of their goals. By joining the 2024 Expedia Group Internship Program as a Commercial Intern, you’ll be immersed into one of our commercial teams that stretch across our supply partnership, B2B partnership, and Media & Brand partnership teams.
- You’llassist your team in growing and optimizing an account portfolio focusing on the adoption of EG's full suite of products and tools.
- You’ll develop an understanding of the sales techniques used in partner engagements to drive business needs.
- You’ll uncover partner needs by listening to partners, analyzing internal data, and exploring external sources.
- You’ll understand the industry and competitive landscape of your team.

**Who You **A**re**:

- ** Must **be available to commit to the full program dates: June 24th, 2024 - August 30, 2024
- ** Must **be graduating with an undergraduate degree between April and July 2025 focused on a commercial or business-related degree (e.g., Business, Hospitality)
- ** Must **bewilling to relocate to city of job location if outside commuting distance.
- ** Must** commit to full time hours every week.
- ** Must **haveno more than 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- ** Must **have desire for sales; account management, partner / client success, or related field.
- ** Helpful **to be fluent in a language additional to English
- ** Helpful **to have a growth or learner mindset.
- ** Helpful **to have empathy and be inclusive.
- ** Helpful **to have organization and time management skills, rigor, and attention to details.
