About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Partnerships Intern to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a Commercial Partnerships Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Bloom & Wild brand in Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new partnerships to drive growth and brand awareness in Ireland.
  • Collaborate with our Brand and Marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns and evaluate their impact.
  • Contribute to the development of our e-commerce business by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Work closely with peers across other markets to share knowledge and best practices, and to develop cross-country campaigns.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks, such as merchandising and supporting B2B customers.
Requirements
  • Recent or current graduate with a strong interest in international business, marketing, or economics.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Irish market.
  • Previous B2B sales, partnerships, or account management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to work.
  • Passion for startups and e-commerce, with a willingness to learn and grow.
