**Position**:
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
Assist the Commercial Manager in daily tasks and projects to achieve gross & retail sales targets, key accounts management, reporting and sales admin.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Produce the weekly Retail sales reports
- Update Retailers Monthly Retail reports
- Analyse product and franchise performance making sure stock and trade opportunities are maximized
- Manage Stock Replenishment and Newness Orders
- Build Sales Trackers for the division ensuring New & Exclusive launches are tracked to help identify potential and forecast future Sales
- Adhoc specific analysis: by segments/by brand/by account to prepare appropriate Sales Strategy
- Prepare and follow up on Brand Strategy & Sales meetings with Retail partners
- Complete weekly competitor analysis

**Coordination**
- Centralise and monitor communication to accounts (Buying/Merchandising/Digital)
- Administration regarding account openings, closures and changes of details
- Liaising with Retailer Contacts on Trade Marketing Plans and adhoc requests as well as making sure our brand product catalogues are up to date by providing regular data cleanses
- Liaising with Marketing and the implementation of the Marketing plan & specific Commercial Activities such as eventing
- Preparing account specific forms; New Line Forms, Site Nomination Forms and coordinating returns process
- Liaising with Retail team regarding store specific performance and staffing
- Be the main point of contact for the field team on all operational elements
- Able to manage regular internal ad-hoc requests

**Projects**
- Update & Develop the Forecast process for new launches and bestsellers
- Come up with creative ideas to build Digital Brand dominance on-site and Social
- Update budget files with spend and track and raise purchase orders
- Assist in Distribution projects
- Assist in the returns process (Store Audit, budget analysis )

**Profile**
- Graduate from a Business school
- Previous experience in Sales or Marketing preferably in the luxury/beauty industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Technical Skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good analytical skills
