Throughout our six regional offices we operate nationally with a comprehensive in-house resource allowing the delivery of all aspects of a construction and engineering project from procurement and design through to project management, installation, and maintenance.

As a **Commercial Assistant, you** will have experience of the area of the industry within which they are employed and a track record of performing commercial duties.

You will support more experienced members of the commercial team in the undertaking of commercial administrative duties such as Invoicing, cost reports, credit control, and other commercially related administration tasks.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Always Representing the company in a professional and competent manner and develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Implementation of the Companies commercial procedures.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Supporting the Senior Commercial Administrator by completing daily tasks.
- Display excellent customer focused and empathetic behaviour which delivers an excellent experience for the customer.
- Proactively manage workload to meet personal targets and departmental KPI’s and expected standards.
- Participate in quality audit tasks where appropriate.
- Take ownership of personal development
- Contribute to team KPI/objectives.
- Share knowledge and expertise.
- support the commercial team in ensuring necessary commercial documents are stored correctly in the electronic project folders.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

The following qualities/experience are **desirable**:

- Work experience within Finance environment.
- Industry knowledge.
- Knowledge of the role of the commercial function.
- Good IT skills - Use of Microsoft Software Suite.
- Knowledge and ability to use City Finance systems (CEP, DMS).

- £21,100+ benefits
