**Exciting Opportunity: Sales Support within a Crane and niche plant hire firm.**
**Summary of Role**
GGR Group Ltd is seeking a strong administrator with advanced excel skills to work as a key member of the Sales team.
**About GGR Group**
The GGR Group Ltd is Europe’s leading supplier of vacuum handling equipment, restricted access lifting machinery and mini cranes for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Maintenance of sales databases (Salesforce etc)
- Producing Excel reports ranging from daily sales analysis to customer spend analysis
- Logging customer enquiries
- Assist with the management of triage duties
- Analyse customer enquiries
- Inputting and managing the data on Salesforce CRM system.
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Co-ordinate larger projects through the planning matrix, highlighting critical paths and hotspots using Barbour ABI.
- Researching markets, customers and competitors
**Experience, Knowledge & Skills**:
- Previous work experience in a commercial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Numerate and analytical
- Excel Experience ( Must be able to use VLookups and Pivot tables)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly telephone manner.
- Commercial Awareness
- Resilient
- Good level of IT competence with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP/Sales Force is desirable.
**Job Terms**
Monday -Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
