Commercial Sales Coordinator
- Full time, Monday - Friday, Sheffield (J33, M1)
- £25,000 - £30,000 plus bonus scheme

As an essential member of the internal sales team, you will provide sales and administrative support while liaising with external sales staff to achieve optimum support for the promotion of sales growth. You will be responsible for managing a small database of great clients across energy-related fields, including offshore windfarms, electricity substations, and more.

**Key responsibilities**:
Your main tasks will include producing and issuing product quotations, promoting training courses to the customer base, entering orders into the ERP system, and updating and maintaining the CRM system. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities, manage and develop C-type accounts, and communicate and liaise with internationally based colleagues around on-time supply of both information and products to the UK sales office and/or direct shipment to customers, ensuring this achieves business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be resilient, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to ask good questions of clients to uncover their needs and cross-sell and up-sell products and services. You must also be able to manage challenging situations.

**Qualifications and experience**:
Ideally, you will be a competent user of Dynamics ERP/Navison/SAP CRM systems and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should also have experience working in a sales or customer service role, preferably within an energy-related field.

**Location**: Office based, Sheffield (J33, M1) Free onsite parking available
