Your goal will be to research and identify key contacts within targeted companies and initiate meaningful connections with the aim of securing appointments for our sales managers.

**Internal Sales Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Utilising the company's existing data and online tools to research and identify potential customers in targeted companies
- Leverage LinkedIn Premium and/or Sales Navigator to connect with key contacts, focusing on decision-makers and influencers within the organisations
- Writing personalised and compelling messages to initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects
- Researching prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the services on offer
- Communicating effectively and professionally with prospects to articulate our value proposition and arrange appointments for sales managers
- Handling incoming telephone calls from potential customers, answer their queries, and provide appropriate assistance
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and provide necessary information to facilitate effective follow-up
- Track and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities using our CRM system

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant experience within a similar role
- Results orientated
- Experience with online sales tools
- Effectively manage and maintain data
- Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering industries (desirable)
- Driven, passionate, “can do attitude” and a “self-starter”
- Commercial acumen
