Job Summary

Adept Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and opening new markets, developing and implementing sales plans, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our international presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in international sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Fluency in English and one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical aspects to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, 50% of the time.
