Are you passionate about early childhood education and nurturing the development of young minds? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery/Reception Teaching Assistant to join our team in Morpeth.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Nursery/Reception Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- **Supporting Classroom Activities**: Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote the intellectual and social development of nursery and reception students.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide one-on-one assistance to students who may require additional support, ensuring that each child's unique learning needs are met.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community and cooperation among the children.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with both students and parents, keeping them informed about the child's progress, activities, and any concerns.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the safety and well-being of students by following established health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized learning space.

**Qualifications**:

- Childcare qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
