What you'll be doing:The Facilities Team is at the forefront of our service standards, presentation, maintenance and compliance. As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance checks are completed and records kept up-to-date. You'll supervise contractors, have a practical and problem-solving mindset to undertake minor repairs and maintenance and co-ordinate the daily cleaning and cyclical work schedules of Facilities Assistants. Using great communication and organisational skills, you'll help the team run an effective facilities operation and make each day run smoothly.

A full driving licence is essential for the role.
