**Head of Marketing for a growing B2C SME**

**Bristol based Head of Marketing for a consumer driven business with a superb culture**

The crux of the role is to attract and retain more customers, so there’s a focus on lead generation and conversion. That's for new, referrals, and previous customers, as well as retention. You’ll be managing two other marketing team members but also managingexternal agencies. The role is VERY much hands-on - roll your sleeves up, and be involved in all aspects of the marketing. You also need to be a visible presence within the whole business. Marketing is extremely highly regarded in the company, and the CEOhas a plethora of exciting plans for growth over the next years. So, you’ll enjoy using your entrepreneurial skills to help grow and raise the profile of the already successful company.

As the Head of Marketing job is such a crucial role within the business, you will need to be office based in Bristol (5 days a week) to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members. That will also include visits to other Bristol sites to makesure each centre has the marketing support required and that brand and consistency are on point.

The culture of the business is supportive, nurturing, caring, inspiring, and collaborative, and everyone who works here is a real advocate for their industry. You’ll absolutely need to come from a consumer marketing background: think health, fitness, wellness,and holistic industries (NOT corporate). You’ll be interested in the care of others; maybe words such as gratitude, reflections, journaling, and meditation are a part of your everyday vocabulary.

**What else will you do**:

- PR
- Commercial understanding to create the right campaigns to help drive customers to the business.
- Lead conversion and retention strategy
- Brand communications and awareness
- Complete brand re-fresh and overhaul of the website
- Events - public, in-house and with local employers
- Review of current agencies and make recommendations about what work can be brought in-house, so the chance or develop a larger marketing team around you.
- Ability to analyse metrics of a campaign.
- Strong budget management, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
