Our client is a forward-thinking CRM marketing agency renowned for crafting innovative and data-driven strategies that empower their clients to build lasting customer relationships. With a track record of delivering exceptional results, they pride themselves on pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing and consistently exceeding client expectations.

You will lead a team of strategic minds, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and technology experts to deliver holistic and impactful CRM campaigns.

Develop and execute strategic CRM marketing plans that align with clients' business objectives.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities within customer data to inform campaign direction.
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to translate strategic vision into compelling campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make strategic adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
Proven experience as a Head of Strategy within the CRM marketing landscape, marketing agency experience is a must.
In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and data-driven marketing.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Previous marketing agency experience is preferred (network preferred), showcasing your ability to manage multiple client relationships.
The successful applicant will also be required to go into the Bristol office 2 days a week.
