Do you have proven experience in an HR Advisory role supporting the EMEA region and a drive and passion to work to the highest standards of integrity, accuracy and compliance? As a **Senior HR Advisor EMEA** at SHL you will provide HR excellence at an operational level within the commercial function, partnering with our global Centres of Excellence to ensure the flawless completion of all our core HR processes within the EMEA region.

**What you will be doing**:

- Process and policy management - partner closely with global Centres of Excellence to ensure the flawless completion of all core HR processes within the region.
- Data Integrity - maintain HRIS data, ensure accuracy and compliance of HR documentation, payroll data for EMEA etc.
- Employee Relations - direct and resolve issues, escalate involved or high-risk cases, provide managerial guidance and coaching.
- Continuous Improvement - share best practice, work collaboratively to create and streamline policies, encourage and enable staff and manager self-service of HR systems.
- Act as a Cultural Ambassador - role model our ways of working and ensure they are embedded in our people practices, plan complete employee engagement activities.
- Administration assistance - for employee request, document production etc
- Global/regional projects - participate in projects to assist ongoing person and professional development.

**What we are looking for from you**:
Essential:

- Substantial HR Advisory / EMEA region experience
- Experience of working in a global, matrixed organisation
- Professionalism, discretion, judgment, coaching, facilitation and diplomacy
- Fluency (written and verbal) in English (business level).

Desirable:

- Experience of supporting a commercial organisation
- Attention to detail and able to see bigger picture
- Experienced in using Sage or other HRIS.
