An experienced Office Administrator, with excellent customer service skills, is required to join this friendly team in Huddersfield. You will be responsible for processing and administering orders daily and providing follow-up client support.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, along with experience using Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word and Excel.

Duties include:

- Processing search orders, which must be processed quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring accuracy and good customer service.
- Logging orders onto Excel spreadsheets.
- Chasing outstanding orders to ensure client expectations are met.
- Liaising with customers.
- Keep accurate notes on each search request and update all files on a regular basis.

You must ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times. This is a great opportunity to join a successful company.

**Salary**: £10.44 per hour
