Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers and we are thrilled that today over 650 clubs across 94 leagues in 55 countries are accelerating their success on our platform.

We’re looking for a sales leader to oversee the development of our Football agency sales team. You will be engaging with senior decision makers from the biggest football agencies, coaching and developing our agency sales team to help grow TransferRoom

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coaching & developing our Agency sales team; either face-to-face and online
- Managing our Agency sales strategy
- Achieving your team revenue targets and department KPIs
- Maintaining accurate pipelines
- Understand, manage and maintain the CRM system
- Building engaging 1:1s and keep key stakeholders informed
- Travel regularly to be intrinsically involved in the key meetings with your team

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience working in a subscription or membership business and/or a high growth startup environment.
- A proven track record in coaching & developing high performing sales teams.
- A proven track record in New business revenue generation
- A motivator, with a strategic approach to growth.
- Detailed and exceptional with your time management
- Additional languages are a plus but not a requirement.
- Experience working with Football clubs and agencies is a plus
- Full Drivers license
