Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and effective administration and QA service that supports the delivery of our ESFA funded contracts. You will have oversight and interaction with our clients ‘learners’ through their time on programme, so along side organisation skills, good communication and customer service is also paramount.
Our client is a small business making an impact in our community and further afield, for budding entrepreneurs looking to kick start their own business, and providing training to those that need, to increase their chances of employment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain paperwork processing and ESFA quality standards.- Manage the pre, during and post course learner journey requirements.- Manage the certification and paperwork submission of learners on our programmes.- Perform Internal Quality Assurance and verifying.- Maintain effective & efficient data relating to our contract provision and learners.**Essential skills & experience**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent IT skills - in particular Microsoft Excel and Word- Confident and creative personality- Good organisational and time management skills- Level 2 minimum qualification in English and Maths- Good Numeracy skills**Desirable skills & experience**:

- Experience of working in an educational training organisation environment- Experience of working with ESFA funded provision- Track record of effective and efficient administration within an office environment- Track record of maintaining accurate electronic data systems & records- Level 2 qualification in ICT and Business AdministrationThe desirables really are just that, desirable.
