Lettings Administrator

H2O Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join their team in Ashby. The successful candidate will work closely with the residential lettings team to develop market share in the local and surrounding areas through strong relationship building and delivering excellent service standards. Key responsibilities include efficiently dealing with customer enquiries, scheduling routine inspection appointments, arranging property maintenance visits, and working with the Lettings Manager to identify new business opportunities. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure in a busy office and deal with conflict/complaints in a calm manner. IT literacy is essential. Desirable: previous residential lettings experience. We offer a competitive basic salary with commission opportunity, generous holiday allowance, birthday off, eyecare vouchers, and full support and training.
