About the Role

H2O Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the lettings team, you will be responsible for developing market share within the local and surrounding areas through strong relationship building and delivering excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently manage customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Register prospective tenants and landlords, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  3. Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing landlords, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Manage diaries and time productively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  5. Arrange and accompany viewings to company standards, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  6. Schedule routine inspection appointments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  7. Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants, resolving any issues or concerns.
  8. Arrange and schedule property maintenance visits with contractors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  9. Work closely with the Lettings Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth.
Requirements
  1. Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Be motivated and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Well-presented, professional, and articulate, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Able to work under pressure in a busy office environment, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  6. Ability to commute to the designated location, with a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Previous residential lettings experience, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Experience of using AltoPM, with a strong understanding of property management software.
  3. Arla qualified, with a recognized certification in lettings and property management.
