Customer Advisor - Hybrid Working

2 days in the office (Tues & Wed)

Salary - £27,000

UK Staffing Group are currently looking for talented customer advisors to join an well-established company based in Manchester. The role will be hybrid working Tuesday and Wednesday in the office the rest can be done from home.

Shifts

Mon-Fri (No weekends)

Week 1: Mon-Thurs 9-6pm, Friday 9-3pm

Week 2: 4 days 10-8pm

Our client is well established in the finance industry and we’re looking for Motivated and Enthusiastic people who enjoy being in an advisory telephone-based role. You will not be hard selling or cold calling, you will take a soft approach to advice on the best solutions for each client’s circumstances.

Full training is on offer, so if you’ve not got accreditation in an advisory role this is a great way to up your skills, their intuitive training programme will provide you with all the skills to start making a positive difference for families and their financial situation.

The business have a flexible approach to work where quality of service and job satisfaction are prioritised above anything else. This has allowed the current work force to take advantage of hybrid working from home and at their offices in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Job Role & Requirements:
The successful Customer Advisor will be comfortable with a telephone-based role speaking with a range of people day to day. You will assess customers financial circumstances and review the best options available to them. You will make a suitable recommendation on the most appropriate solution that will help them to build financial resilience.
- Customer advisor or customer service experience 3+ years
- Experience in a telephone-based role.
- Strong and confident communicator with fluent English language skills.
- Good IT skills, competent with a range computer system.
- Driven, self-motivated and disciplined.
