**Customer Service Advisor - Livechat**

Salary £19,000

Hybrid Working - Manchester City Centre

Shifts Mon - Sat (Shifts between 8am - 6pm)

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of excellent customer service by managing your own live chat conversations in a timely manner
- Work towards monthly KPI’s to meet targets
- Data Entry

**Criteria/requirements**:

- Live chat experience desirable
- Excellent written communication skills
- Must be available for full time work (40 hours per week)
- You must have a quiet working space at home one in which you can conduct the role in a confidential manner due to the nature of the position.

**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester, M3 3HF
