**The role**

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Paisley

Reporting To: Transport Manager

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:00

**Main Purpose**:
You will be responsible for assisting driver’s daily activities and ensuring transport and warehouse operate effectively and efficiently by providing FIRSTCHOICE administrative support to Paisley operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the day-to-day transport operation
- Assisting with the de-briefing of drivers
- Customer relations and a range of associated administrative tasks
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and databases for KPI reports
- Processing and dealing with returns, following set procedures as and when required

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
- Experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills and ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Full UK Driving Licence
