Customer Service Coordinator

Allstaff Office Division requite a Transport Administrator for our well established client based Paisley. This is a hybrid role where two days are based from home and 3 in the office. Hours of work are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.
key responsibilities of the job holder include:
- Performing customer verifications, providing insurance and claims management support
- Updating rates, haulier details and supplier information
- Handling and resolving customer complaints,
- Processing manual orders, booking planned collections and deliveries
- Updating customers on the delivery status of orders
- Maintaining accurate KPI data, and developing haulier performance reports.
The job holder is also expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload, be able to organize and prioritize work in a high-pressure environment.
The job holder should also have relevant experience in customer service in a busy transport environment, strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of the freight, transport, and logistics industry.
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
