**About The Role**:
As an Escalation Coordinator, Planning & Response you’ll hold a reactive role providing support for the maintenance function, responding to day to day queries, incidents & weather events as well as ensuring business continuity.
You’ll create and deliver communications to the Maintenance service delivery team and report on success of operational plans, providing proposals to improve.
We have a fantastic head office base in Bradford, easily accessible from Leeds and surrounding areas. Boasting a large on site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store, prayer room, free parking and regular company wide events and promotions.
Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office as we’d like you to be available for office days (they’re great for building your network and attending key meetings).

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Operational support for suppliers relating to process queries and store liaison.
- Works with management teams within our supply base to resolve incidents or operational issues.
- Collaborating with the wider business at all levels when managing incident response
- Periodic communications created and released to the retail team.
- Supporting the creation & reviews plans for seasonal campaigns such as gritting or summer HVAC plan.
- Providing commentary and recommendations to Property Manager Support centre Operations on seasonal plan & incident response performance.
- Supporting the Maintenance team to deliver business continuity and trade operations in stores during incidents.
- Managing internal admin processes
This is role operates over a four day working week*. Based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

**About You**:

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance, Retail or Support Office environment would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous Experience writing and releasing clear and concise business communications.
- Demonstrates the ability to work calmly under pressure without compromising quality (Incident response).
- Confident to challenge and negotiate where needed.
- Works well as part of a high performing team.
- First class communicator capable of communicating succinctly at all levels both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyse numeric & operational performance data and make recommendations.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at management levels.
