**Imperial Personnel have a brand new vacancy to join a large logistics business with sites all across the UK in their Depot in London SE1. The Role of Fleet Operations Administrator is very important to the business with duties including, but not limited to, control of policy relating to driver training and Maintenance Schedules.**

**Working Hours and Pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 08.30am-17.30pm
- £24,000pa

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Fleet & Insurance Manager ensuring that a fleet of vehicles is operating in accordance with legislation and regulation
- Supporting the fleet ensuring the vehicles are properly maintained and used in a way that is safe and efficient
- Administering policies regarding fuel usage, maintenance schedules, insurance requirements, driver training etc
- Full understanding of compliance standards and best practice within the logistics industry
- Previous experience of analysing and evaluating large amounts of data to identify impacts and resource requirements
- Ensures compliance with all business and legal requirements
- Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
- Previous experience or working knowledge of compliance within the logistics, electric vehicles and sameday parcel delivery industry
