Customer Service Adviser

**Working hours: 9-hour day inclusive of a paid daily lunch break of one hour, Monday to Friday**

**Location: Merlin House**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Adviser. Your primary objective will be to provide our customers with SHOQS - Simple, Honest, On-time, Quality Service, and you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
