Neonatal Ward Clerk

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and organized person to join our team of Ward Clerks in the busy Neonatal Directorate. This is a key role as you will be the first point of contact greeting families and visitors in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Transitional Care Ward and Baby Outpatients Clinic and assisting them with their enquiries.
You will be responsible for answering the telephone, admitting, and discharging babies on the hospital computer systems, ensuring all patient demographic information is accurate and up to date, filing patient notes as well as general clerical duties.
