**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in booking and managing appointments.
- Maintain the diary, ensuring a well-organized schedule.
- Keep track of expenses, invoices, and assist in budgeting.
- General administrative tasks to keep our client productive.
- Upload and manage files, ensuring a well-organized digital system.
- Provide support for business-related paperwork and documentation.
- Attending meetings and writing notes.
- Assistance preparing for meetings, packing bags ensuring client is organised.
- Support and assistance with our client’s dog. Looking after his welfare, support with basic training and organising dog care when needed.

Personal Support:

- Manage and coordinate doctors' appointments, ensuring they are booked and attended due to ongoing health conditions.
- Provide transportation, driving for our client where necessary.
- Offer empathetic and understanding support for health-related challenges.
- Assist with lifting and pushing a manual wheelchair.
- Food preparation and support with healthy snacks, ensuring they are always available in the home.
- Support in making meals and coordinating eating together, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Help maintain a work-appropriate environment, including personal grooming assistance for a professional look.
- Tidying rooms for meetings and ensuring a clean, clutter-free space.

Additional Tasks:

- Assist with haircare to maintain a professional appearance.
- Aid in making the environment work-appropriate for business-related activities.
- Body doubling support during work sessions, with the flexibility to address immediate needs.
- Respond to requests for food, drink, and preparations for later.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating care services.
- Collaborate on building a structured routine and implementing strategies for personal and professional growth.
- Support in managing household tasks and responsibilities.

Expectations:

- This role is primarily based at the client's home.
- The job is focused on building up the client over the next 6-12 months, encompassing both work-related and personal life aspects.
- The assistant is expected to have their own tasks, either in the house or work-related, during body doubling sessions and respond promptly to the client's needs.

Person Specification:

- Calm individual, being able to laugh at life situations.
- Self-starter and ability to use own initiative.
- Life experience.
- Assistance with household bills and submitted tax returns is an advantage.
- DBS is required alongside references.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
