**About the role**:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant who has the critical skills of ball juggling, multi-tasking and being able to provide exceptional support to the Principal and Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant across all areas of the founder’s private and business life. This is a busy and varied role that requires a high level of flexibility and dedication.

This role will be working for a family based in the heart of West Sussex with flexible working, either remotely from home, from the Business HQ in Brighton or from the gorgeous private family home. Managing the luxury lifestyle, there is no doubt that every day will be different
- Provide executive level personal support to the Principal and family members to ensure the smooth and transparent running of the household.
- Managing budget and expenditure and reporting to the Chief of Staff EA on a regular basis.
- Diary management, managing all personal appointments.
- Support with extensive and complex travel arrangements, including holidays for the whole family and various members of staff. To include restaurant and appointment bookings. Provide detailed itineraries for every trip. This involves anticipating every detail - from flight check-ins, preparing boarding passes, arranging driver pick-ups, to managing hotel booking confirmations - and adeptly handling any last-minute changes.
- Travelling with the founder when required - often at a moment’s notice.
- Organise and prepare for upcoming occasions e.g. anniversaries, birthdays etc.
- Run personal errands and perform other duties as needed (manage the sourcing of hard-to-find items for example).
- Support ‘out of hours’ queries as required.
- Support the family across different time zones during periods of travel (for both work and personal trips).

**About you**:
This is an all-encompassing role requiring a self-starter, extremely organised, multitasker with great organisational skills. Other skills we are looking for are diary and project management (no matter how simple the overall tasks might be). Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude with a calm/level-headed manner.
- Previous experience supporting HNWI and their family.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- You hold a full clean driving licence (own car is required).
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to produce written reports, correspondence, budget cash flows with a high degree of accuracy and presentation standard.
