The Team

We are the engine room for Mattel’s data driven marketing strategy and digital media. The team drives digital media execution excellence at an EMEA level, setting the rules of play, forging best practices and supporting the business in our global marketing transformation ambitions. We are here to constantly raise and set the standards of what great looks like, supporting all our markets to deliver a plan which puts digital first and helps us meet our ambitious growth targets.

Digital Associate - CRM & Programmatic operations

Slough, United Kingdom / Hybrid

Reporting to Senior Manager Digital Marketing

Mattel’s EMEA Marketing team is seeking a Digital Ops Associate who will be a key part of the Digital Media & Data Driven Marketing team. Focused on driving best in class processes & smooth operations, CRM and media and supporting our EMEA markets. In this role, you will have a technical mindset, a broad understanding of digital media and/or CRM operations, be familiar with some of the technology platforms in the field e.g., ESPs, Google Analytics, tagging, digital, creative platforms, CMS tools etc.

What Your Impact Will Be:

- Supporting the Digital Media & Data Driven Marketing team & driving operational excellence across CRM and Media
- Liaising with our CRM, media, creative agencies to support local & regional marketing activations e.g:

- Coordinating with local markets our Integrated planning approach across CRM program
- Project managing Dynamic creative execution across EMEA. Supporting agencies, brand teams and local digital teams
- Supporting media tagging process. Communicating with local teams, agencies and IT teams
- Providing EMEA requirements to global IT teams
- Partner with the global performance marketing team on Google Analytics set ups and processes. Support media teams & agencies with audience creation, account linking and insights from GA data
- Support the team in their wider audience led digital marketing strategies
- Working closely with digital managers in EMEA markets to support them in delivering their performance objectives
- Supporting the Media Operations team in achieving KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

- 3 + years of relevant experience in Digital
- Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
- Relevant work experience (2 years + working in digital)
- Personable, enthusiastic, and confident, able to build good relationships
- Excellent organization and communication, with strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Team player, flexible, pro-active, and self-motivated with the desire to help drive the business forward
