In the last few years, they have focused on rapidly expanding of their offering and have successfully acquired new Global clients and providing a mix consulting, marketing services and resourcing placements.
**This role is a hybrid working opportunity; with 1-2 days per week to be worked from their Slough office**.
**About the Role**
Want to lead online activation from the front? As an Associate Digital Media Excecutive, you will have the freedom to develop the media strategy for our market-leading brands.
As an Associate Digital Media Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting the team in developing and executing digital media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with senior members of the team to optimise campaigns, analyse data, and contribute to the overall success of our digital media initiatives.
**Responsibilities -**
- Work with the wider team to shape their digital plans that really deliver success.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360 etc.
- Lead the activation of your campaigns with our agency partner; ensuring in-platform and Global best practices are followed.
- Take ownership of in-flight campaign management, ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
- Support our data and Analytics team with performance and insights analysis.
**Required Skills / Experience**:
- 1-2 Years experience in programmatic media marketing and campaign management.
- DV360 experience essential - Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, DV360, Google Ads etc.
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
- Excellent organization skills to keep on top of volume of spend and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
- Experience in media planning, demonstrating proficiency in developing strategic media plans to effectively reach target audiences across various platforms.
