We have exciting opportunity for an individual to join the team as an Enrolment Coordinator. Using your expertise and great customer service skills to provide an exceptional customer experience with an outstanding and impactful pre-enrolment experience for all our learners and employers, setting the scene for their future learning journey with us.

This role is about being highly organised and with excellent attention to detail. You’ll book learners and employers onto their enrolment and induction day through a centralised diary, provide a full pre-enrolment service to our learners and employers, supporting with the self-registration process ensuring all learners are prepared and signed up ready to commence their learning journey. As well as scheduling enrolment sessions with Learning and Enrolment Tutors or Personal Tutors to ensure a smooth induction process and positive experience for all.

You’ll also provide information, advice and guidance to learners and employers to support our pledge of _delivering an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time._

This is a hybrid role with you coming into the Bournemouth office for 2 days and working from home.

**What we need from you?**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT knowledge and experience of MS Office suite
- Experience of working in line with GDPR legislation and Data Protection, maintaining confidentiality and the highest degree of integrity
