Counsellor Required for Recovery Care

We Are With You Services is seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our team in Bournemouth, providing high-quality recovery care and support to a diverse service user group.

This part-time position involves working 22.5 hours per week, across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. As a Counsellor, you will provide counselling and support to a nominated caseload of individuals, creating a safe, confidential, and encouraging therapeutic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an integrated service through recovery planning, referrals, support, care coordination, and psychosocial interventions
  • Developing and disseminating information on psychological wellbeing in group and one-to-one settings
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure best practice is shared and knowledge management information is available
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuity of service

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Counsellor with BACP accreditation/UKCP registration or equivalent, and a minimum diploma level qualification in counselling. If you have a disability or a learning difficulty, please let us know so we can make reasonable adjustments to support you.
