Counsellor - Bournemouth

We Are With You Services is seeking an experienced Counsellor to join our team in Bournemouth, Dorset.
This part-time position involves working 22.5 hours per week, across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, providing high-quality recovery care and support to a diverse service user group.
As a Counsellor, you will work with a nominated caseload of individuals, providing a safe, confidential, and encouraging therapeutic environment. You will use your skills and experience to support people to explore feelings and emotions, facilitate reflection, and improve access to appropriate services for service users with substance misuse issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering an integrated service through recovery planning, referral, support, care coordination, and psychosocial interventions
- Developing and disseminating information on psychological wellbeing in group and one-to-one settings
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure best practice is shared and knowledge management information is available
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure continuity of service
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Counsellor who holds BACP accreditation/UKCP registration or equivalent, with a minimum diploma level qualification in counselling.
