**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide overall management, organisation and systems to ensure the smooth and efficient running of skills programmes delivered by PET-Xi.
Ensuring that programmes are delivered on time, to contract targets and within budget while maximising income from projects and identifying further opportunities in the area. This will involve developing recruitment and progression plans, developing mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders in the area, training and managing area coordinators to ensure that they are overseeing programmes on a day-to-day basis, quality, reporting, administration, Health and Safety and Programme development.
Also support learners on their journey across PET-Xi funded courses, breaking down barriers to engage with learners, work closely with the Skills Recruitment Team, to ensure that they are enrolled on the right programme for their needs, and that they have a positive experience right from the start.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Lead the delivery of contractual terms as set by funding agents
- Ensure all outputs are delivered to the contract terms and continually hit output targets as set by the Funding Agent and PET-Xi
- Ensure Completion of all claims funding paperwork to a high standard and complete by deadlines given.
- Ensure all programmes are delivered to the PET-Xi ethos and with a student first approach.
- Develop the programmes to continue the ongoing development in these areas
- Ensure all funding paperwork is filled in a manner that will fulfil all audit requirements.
- Maintain and develop close relationships with Partners, funding agents, Training Providers, colleges, the council and Employers.
- Attend External networking event to develop new relationships in the area.
- Ensure programmes hit the minimum standards for recruitment, achievement, retention and progression.
- Liaise with the marketing department to ensure all promotional events are staffed and the skills department is highlighted on the companies social media
- Work with quality team to ensure all courses and provision is consistent and online with the quality standard.
- Work with Skills delivery manage to support the delivery of training and communication with the team when needed.
- Liaise with learners and their representatives to identify any barriers or additional needs that may affect their ability to participate in the training programmes.
- Provide information and guidance to learners about the support available to them, including access arrangements, reasonable adjustments, and specialist equipment.
- Ensure that all learner information is accurately recorded in the enrolment system, and that appropriate support plans are in place.
- Monitor the progress of learners attendance and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and update learner information in our enrolment system and ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of enrolment reports as required.
