Adult Care Associate Tutor - Remote Opportunity

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Associate Tutors/Assessors to facilitate the delivery of our courses, including:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
  • Level 3 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care
  • Level 3 Certificate in The Principles of End Of Life Care (RQF)
  • Level 3 Understanding the Principles of Dementia Care
  • Caring for People with Learning Disabilities
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care

These positions offer flexible working hours, tailored to individual caseloads and availability. We are looking for candidates who possess a relevant subject specialization certificate, a recognized teaching or assessment qualification, and experience in tutoring adult learners. Additionally, candidates who can perform Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) duties are encouraged to apply.

Our remote working model is entirely flexible. As a self-employed contractor, you will be responsible for tutoring students and assessing their work through our online training platform.

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

In this role, you will manage your own workload while upholding the highest standards of quality. Each subject area is faculty-driven, and as an Associate team member, you will have direct communication with a Head of Faculty to assist with caseload management, learner inquiries, and assessment procedures.
