Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Associate Educator to support the delivery of our courses in Teaching and Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tutoring students and assessing their work remotely via our online training portal.

About the Role:

This is a flexible, self-employed Contract for Services role that offers the opportunity to work on a part-time basis. You will be required to travel or be located within the UK for observation visits. The ideal candidate will have a certificate in the relevant subject specialism, a recognised teaching or assessment qualification, and experience of tutoring adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment services to students
  • Manage and organize your own workload while maintaining the highest level of standards
  • Collaborate with a Head of Faculty to support caseload management, learner queries, and assessment processes
  • Provide high-quality assessment decisions and research supportive answers to student questions
  • Be digitally skilled in Microsoft Office and other commonly used platforms

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of subject knowledge in Early Years
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent level of written English
  • Experienced and qualified in assessing/teaching
  • Ability to problem solve using own initiative
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a wider team
  • Ability to work within existing processes and procedures
